When purchasing an order you agree to our Terms of Sale. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.

All purchases must be paid in full before they are sent out.

Colours and patterns depicted online are to be taken as guidelines as some fabrics and materials may vary depending upon lighting and conditions. This may result in colour and pattern variations online.

All prices listed on our website are in Australian Dollars and include GST

Prices and products are subject to change at any time without notice.

No amendments may be made to your order. Once you have clicked ‘checkout’ your order is final. If you still wish to exchange your order once received, please follow our return instructions below.

OUR CONTRACT: When you place an order with Avenue J Couture you will receive acknowledgement email.

PRICING: Whilst we attempt to ensure all details, descriptions, availability and prices that appear on this website are accurate, errors may occur. If an item you have ordered is out of stock we will contact you as soon as possible offering a refund. If we discover an in error in the price of an item you have purchased, we will contact you as soon as possible giving you the option of cancelling or reconfirming your order at the correct price. If this is to occur and we are unable to contact you we will class this order as cancelled. In this case, we will email you to inform you that your order has been cancelled. If you have paid but choose to cancel your order, we will provide you with a full refund. Delivery prices are clearly marked in the checkout process and are included in the ‘Total Cost’. 

Avenue J Couture reserves the right to cancel any order if we believe the Terms of Sale have not been followed.
